Due to the nature of these food products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Customers are requested to check the product details, quantity, packaging, and requirements before placing an order. Bulk buyers may request samples for approval before confirming large commercial orders.

Refund, Replacement & Return Eligibility

A refund or replacement may be considered in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or leaked packaging
• Incorrect quantity supplied
• Product physically damaged during transportation
• Verified quality or manufacturing-related issue

Any complaint must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence such as clear photos/videos, packaging images, invoice, and batch details.

Fresh Farm Naturals reserves the right to verify the complaint before approving a refund or replacement. Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will generally not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Improper storage after delivery
• Opened, used, or partially consumed products
• Natural variations in size, color, texture, or appearance
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Delays caused by courier or transportation partners

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed payment method after verification and approval.

Shipping, handling, taxes, and packaging charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is directly caused by Fresh Farm Naturals.

Customers should store Kaju and Makhana in a cool, dry, clean place, away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight to maintain freshness and shelf life.
